Job Responsibilities
- Providing a warm and nurturing environment for our children to grow and learn
- Implementing our daily curriculum as well as singing songs, reading books, and teaching Bible stories/verses and more
- Ensuring the safety, health, and cleanliness of each classroom in the preschool
- Providing a good example of how the students should behave as well as redirecting a child when needed and assisting in conflict resolution in a Biblical manner
- Professional yet personal communication with parents and other teachers
- Putting your own flair into the classroom activities while working under a Team Leader
- Maintaining ratios at all times for all age groups
- Being actively involved with a child for some one on one time as well as being aware of all students in the room
- Maintaining a clean environment by following all our COVID 19 cleaning measures
- Being able to lift children and objects up to 50lbs if needed
Job Qualifications
- Formal Academic Training HSD, GED.
- Previous employment is required. If a teacher has no previous employment, the 90-day probationary period will be strictly enforced.
